"I recently closed on a 4670 sq ft home in Allen Texas. We relocated to DFW 4 years ago. We leased a home in Allen and had been looking for a permanent residence for 4 years without success in that area. We worked with 4 different realtors, actually giving each of them at least 12 months worth of opportunity to help us. It was exhausting. We can comfortably afford to build or purchase up to at least $750k /800k. We really did not want to build - too time consuming! In any event , I am a senior executive with a major company and the entire search had been discouraging until we met Maurice Lee. I was so grateful that the kids told us to use Maurice. He is unique with a strong business acumen. I expect that he will become known as one of the top realtors in DFW.
